EUC Rowing 2026

Accreditation

Accreditation is an essential part of the EUSA European University Rowing Championship 2026, ensuring smooth access and logistics for all participants, officials, volunteers, and VIP guests.

Required Documents

Athletes:

  • Passport or ID card (original, not copy)

  • Certificate of Academic Eligibility signed by the athlete and the university (i.e., Individual Entry Form)

Officials:

  • Passport or ID card

  • Certificate of Academic Eligibility signed by the official (i.e., Individual Entry Form)

Head of Delegation:

  • Proof of payment received from the bank

The head of the delegation is the person responsible for completing the accreditation process for the entire university team—not the coach or individual athletes. Only one person should visit the Accreditation Center with all required documents.

Partial accreditation of teams is not possible.

Accreditation is done for the entire sports team for a particular university, carried out by the head of delegation or an authorized person.

Accreditation Process

The accreditation process will be carried out in five steps:

  1. The head of the delegation will confirm the composition of the delegation arriving in Zagreb.

  2. All financial obligations will be checked. Participation is allowed only after full payment has been executed and approved in the system. The head of the delegation will immediately receive the original invoice for all payments.

  3. Rooming lists will be created based on completed Individual Entry forms according to EUSA rules. Male athletes will be housed in male pavilions, female athletes in female pavilions (double rooms), and officials in single or double rooms in their designated pavilions.

  4. EUSA checks are carried out, and accreditation cards are issued.

  5. Keys are picked up at the reception, with presentation of the accreditation and the rooming list received in steps 3 and 4.

Accreditation Card

The Accreditation Card is the only official and valid document for all participants, officials, referees, volunteers, and VIP guests at the Rowing Championship. It must always be clearly visible to access restricted event areas.

Access control will be enforced using the Accreditation Cards, which will be checked at all site entrances. Each participant is granted access according to their category. Unauthorized access or misuse of Accreditation Cards is prosecutable by law and will be reported to the Security Operational Center.

Loss of the Accreditation Card

If an Accreditation Card is lost, the participant must personally approach the OC Accreditation Center and report the loss using a valid identification document (passport or ID card). Replacement cards will be issued directly at the Accreditation Center. Issuing a new card will incur a fee of 50 EUR.

Importance of Accreditation

  • Access Control: Accreditation badges are mandatory for entry into competition venues, accommodation, catering areas, and VIP zones, ensuring security and proper management of all areas.

  • Smooth Event Flow: The accreditation process streamlines access for all participants, allowing athletes, officials, referees, volunteers, and VIP guests to focus on their roles without logistical concerns.
